These challenges often leave them feeling frustrated and dependent on others for basic tasks.

The specific need for this project was to create an easy-to-follow tutorial that demonstrates how to change a username on the Atomy website. This would help older members gain independence and confidence in using Atomy’s online systems without feeling overwhelmed.
